個人簡歷


‧ Ming-Chang M. Lee was born in Taiwan, R.O.C. He
received the B.S. degree in control engineering from National Chiao Tung
University and the M.S. degree in electrical engineering from National Taiwan
University in 1994 and 1996, respectively. He received the Ph.D. degree in
electrical engineering from University of California at Los Angeles, CA, in
2005. Before 2000, he was a manufacturing engineer (supervisor) in Taiwan
Semiconductor Manufacturing Company (TSMC). In 2005, he joined the faculty of
the Institute of Photonics Technologies and Dept. Electrical Engineering,
National Tsing Hua University, Taiwan, R.O.C. He is also a joint professor in
Institute of NanoEngineering and MicroSystems, NTHU, Taiwan, R.O.C. His research
interests include photonic microelectromechanical systems, Silicon nanophotonics,
Integrated nonlinear photonics, CMOS optical interconnect, organic photonics,
and intelligent photonic devices for optical communication and sensing. Dr. Lee
is a member of OSA and IEEE.
